RULES
1. Fishing hours are between 7:00am and 10:00am. The awards ceremony will follow immediately after fishing hours. The Derby will be held in a light rain, but not a down pour.
2. If a heavy rain or down pour starts, we hold the right to postpone the Fishing Derby until another day. (Date/Times TBA)
3. Parents/Guardians of all registrants must provide name(s) of adult(s) accompanying the child.
4. There is no fishing license required since this is a private pond that is privately stocked. Anglers must abide by New Hampshire Fish & Game Laws prior to arriving and after leaving this pond.
5. Tagged trout, if caught, will be worth an instant cash prize of $5.00 or a prize.
6. Kids Raffle prizes will be announced throughout Derby – participants must be present to receive prize.
7. Limit 5 trout per participant
8. Participants cannot give their fish away to other participants, including family members, to be counted towards awards. Measured fish can only be entered one time and only for the participant who caught fish.
9. Worms and artificial lures can be used at all times. Power bait can be used only after it has been announced that you can.
10. Adults may help children bait hooks, cast lines and net fish. ADULTS CANNOT ACTIVELY FISH AND REELING CAUGHT FISH.
11. Prizes will be awarded in the following age categories: 4 years & under, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, and 13/14 years of age. Winners will need to present to receive award.


All category prizes and raffle prizes will be donated by a number of seacoast merchants and local organizations.
